Who operates this service

This photo-submission service is operated by Moutardier Resort + Marina, 1990 Moutardier Road, Leitchfield, Kentucky 42754 (“Moutardier,” “we,” or “us”). Questions and privacy requests may be sent to Noelle@MoutardierNolin.com or made by calling (270) 286-4069.

Information we collect

• The photos you choose to upload.
• Optional information you provide, such as your name, email address, caption, and a general location category.
• Your required consent confirmations, submission time, confirmation number, and our review status.
• Limited technical information needed for security and abuse prevention. We convert the submitting network address into a one-way protected value for rate limiting rather than keeping the raw address in the submission record.

We remove common embedded image metadata, including common GPS/EXIF fields, before the uploaded copy is stored. Please still review each photo for visible private information before submitting it.

How we use information

We use submissions to review and select photos; contact you when reasonably necessary; protect the service; respond to privacy or ownership requests; and, for approved photos, create and share Moutardier marketing, editorial, social-media, website, email, and printed materials as described in the Photo Submission Terms.

Submitting a photo does not guarantee that it will be published. Photos remain private to authorized reviewers unless and until Moutardier chooses to feature them.

When information is shared

Information may be available to Moutardier personnel and service providers that host, secure, maintain, or help operate this service. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect people or property, or as part of a lawful business transfer.

If an approved photo is published, the image—and any credit or caption we choose to include—will be visible to the audience of that publication. We do not sell personal information submitted through this service, and this upload page does not use third-party advertising trackers.

Children and photos of minors

This service is intended for adults age 18 or older and is not directed to children under 13. A person under 18 should not submit through this form. An adult may upload a photo showing a minor only when the adult is the minor’s parent or legal guardian, or has the parent or legal guardian’s permission to submit the image and grant the stated permissions.

A parent or guardian may request review or removal of a minor’s image using the contact information above. Please include the confirmation number, if available, and enough detail to identify the photo.

Retention and deletion

We keep submissions only as long as reasonably needed for review, approved use, recordkeeping, security, or legal obligations. Security rate-limit records are periodically removed when no longer needed. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your submission by emailing us. We will take reasonable steps to verify the request.

If a photo has already appeared in printed material or content already distributed by others, we may not be able to retrieve every existing copy, but we will consider reasonable requests to stop new uses under the Photo Submission Terms. Limited backup or legal records may remain for a reasonable period.

Security and your choices

Uploaded files are stored privately and are not exposed through a public gallery. Access to the review area is restricted, files are checked for supported formats and size, and upload activity is limited to reduce abuse. No internet service can promise absolute security, so do not submit sensitive documents, intimate images, financial information, or photos you would not want Moutardier staff to review.

Name, email, and caption are optional. You can choose not to submit at all. For the fastest removal request, include your submission confirmation number.
